Controller and contact

The data controller is Stanislav Baranov, operating Project Explorer, at the business address shown above. You can send data protection enquiries to privacy@projectexplorer.cloud.

02 / 10

Website delivery and hosting

The website is hosted on Vercel. When a page is requested, technical connection data may be processed (for example, IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time, and security or request logs). This is needed to serve the page, maintain technical stability and protect the service.

The expected legal basis for strictly necessary website delivery and abuse prevention is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the website). The final purposes, retention periods and processing arrangements must be verified against the activated Vercel plan and configuration.

03 / 10

Language preference in your browser

If you choose a language, the website may store the key “explorer-website-language” using your browser’s localStorage. This preference remains on your device until cleared and is used to show your requested language. The website does not use it for advertising or user profiling.

The ePrivacy/TDDDG classification of this functional preference must be checked against the final implementation. No optional advertising cookies are integrated into the current site code.

04 / 10

Contact requests and forms

To respond to pilot enquiries, the form collects your name, company, work email, an optional message and chosen website language. If you send the form, the information is transmitted over HTTPS to a Vercel Function and forwarded by the Resend email delivery service to the Project Explorer operator. The sender email is used as the reply-to address. The form does not create a SaaS account or add you to a marketing mailing list.

Information about the responsible operator and the contact address is given above. The remaining review concerns the retention procedures, processor contracts and the final legal text.

For non-pilot general, legal or privacy requests, the separate Contact page provides a secure request form with the fields name, email, topic, optional company and message. Data is sent to Vercel and Resend and verified by Cloudflare Turnstile. It does not create an account, register a subscription or subscribe the sender to marketing. Do not include sensitive data in the message.

05 / 10

Interactive product demonstration

The interactive demo uses fictional service scenarios and does not create an account, process payment cards, or change real inventory. Website page visits, including visits to this demo, may be counted by Vercel Web Analytics; the demo does not transmit entered job or inventory data to the analytics service.

06 / 10

External assets and analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated statistics about page visits, referrers, approximate country, browser and device type. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not set tracking cookies, does not persist IP addresses in analytics reports, and uses a rotating, one-day hash rather than persistent cross-site identification. No advertising pixels or cross-site tracking are enabled. The intended basis for privacy-preserving aggregate traffic measurement is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our website); this assessment remains subject to final legal review. Bundled images, fonts and demo media are served from the website. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded when you interact with a form for spam prevention and may process technical connection information.

07 / 10

Service providers and international access

Vercel delivers the website and processes form submissions as a hosting and serverless-functions provider. Resend handles transactional delivery of pilot enquiries. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that submissions are not automated abuse. These providers may use subprocessors and infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Their actual contractual arrangements, applicable safeguards and data-processing agreements must be checked before public commercial activation. Incoming and replied-to company email is handled through Google Workspace, including the verified company aliases. The operator must still verify the applicable data-processing agreement and retention arrangements.

08 / 10

Retention and security

Language preferences remain on your device until deleted by the browser user. Pilot enquiries are held in the recipient mailbox for as long as necessary to answer and manage the related business discussion, and longer only where a contract or applicable legal retention requirement calls for it. The operator must document operational deletion procedures before release.

Hosting, anti-bot and email delivery services may retain technical and delivery logs under their applicable policies. Retention periods and international-transfer safeguards must be checked against the final provider agreements. HTTPS is used in transit, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

09 / 10

Your rights

Depending on the relevant legal conditions you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, that consent can be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

You may address data-protection requests directly to privacy@projectexplorer.cloud. The supervisory authority for Lower Saxony is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (www.lfd.niedersachsen.de).

Updates and scope

This notice currently covers the public marketing site and its pilot inquiry form only. Full product signup, identity services, subscription payments and customer workspaces require separate disclosures before activation.

No automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects takes place in this public contact process.

This information covers the public marketing website, not future customer workspaces.
